1) Apply the DBHotfixExecuter.exe on the MS.
2) Run DataCollector Update Tool found at http://download.milestonesys.com/tools/DataCollectorUpdateTool/ and delete data for each DC which has a problem, i.e. the corresponding RS does not show details in System Monitor.
3) Restart each DC that has been touched in step 2.

Note: The system needs to be in a good state. DBHotfixExecuter.exe will not fix a broken system on its own, it will only make it more difficult for the system break again.
